Customer Reviews
Still loving my VitaClay!
Does anyone else just love their VitaClay Chef so much? I've had my 2-in-1 Rice and Slow Cooker for ages and it's still going strong. I've bought a replacement clay lid too, and honestly, the quality and consistent results keep me coming back over other brands like Instant Pot or Zojirushi. Shipping is always super fast too.
Consistent quality
This is my third purchase from VitaClay Chef. I already have the 2-in-1 Rice and Slow Cooker, which I've used for years, and a replacement clay insert. This time I got the Personal Slow Cooker for my office. The quality is just as good as my previous items. It heats evenly, and the clay makes a noticeable difference in the taste of my meals. Shipping was standard, about a week, which is what I've come to expect. Their products just last, that's why I keep coming back.
Good Smart Multi-Cooker
I ordered the Smart Organic Multi-Cooker a few weeks ago, and it arrived fairly quickly, took about 6 days to reach me in California. Packaging was secure, no issues there. The cooker itself works well; I've made several stews and some rice. The clay pot is a nice change from metal. Cleaning it is a bit different, but not hard. The digital interface is straightforward, easy to set times and temperatures. I did have a question about the 'yogurt' function, so I sent an email to support, and they got back to me within a day with helpful instructions. Overall, a solid appliance for healthier cooking, and the support was responsive.
Decent cooker, minor gripes
I bought the Digital Slow Cooker. It arrived well-packaged and a week after ordering. The clay pot is truly nice, and I appreciate the lead-free aspect. Food cooks evenly, and the flavors seem deeper than with my old Crock-Pot. However, the lid felt a little loose; it doesn't seal as tightly as I expected, which makes me wonder if some steam is escaping. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something they could improve. Customer service was fine when I asked about cleaning. Good overall, but that lid fit could be better.
Good deal on a multi-cooker
I was looking for a good value on a multi-cooker and found VitaClay Chef during a holiday sale. I picked up the 6-in-1 Multi-Cooker at a decent discount. The price was competitive, especially for an organic clay product. Shipping was free because my order was over a hundred bucks, which definitely helped with the overall value. It felt like a smart purchase; I've used it for rice and some slow-cooked chicken, and it performs well. Definitely worth the money I spent.
Stock Pot works
Got the Stock Pot. It came fast. Used it for soup. Cooked good. Easy to clean. Happy with it.
Cooker's good
So I needed a new cooker, saw these clay ones. Got the 6-in-1 Multi-Cooker. It showed up pretty quick, no damage. Made some stew in it, turned out really good. It's easy to use, just press a few buttons. I like that it's clay, feels healthier. No complaints, it does what it says.

Hey guys, thinking of getting a VitaClay for my mom. She lives in Chicago, any idea how long shipping usually takes to the Midwest?
I'm torn between getting a VitaClay or just sticking with my Instant Pot. Is the clay cooking really that different or better for food?
Can you use more than one coupon code on an order? I have a discount for a replacement part but also found a general percentage off code.
Does anyone know if VitaClay does that first-time buyer discount thing? Or like, if there's a coupon for signing up for emails?
